Laser cutting is the stage where we take the flat layout from our design and programming departments and start manufacturing parts. While our lasers are designed to process sheet stock, we have developed processes which allow us to cut a wide variety of parts and materials including tubing and even pre-stamped parts. In order to best serve our customers wide ranging needs, M.C. Laser Werks has a fleet of 3 lasers with varying power, capacity, and capabilities. This allows us to select the machine and process that will yield the best quality part as efficiently as possible in any situation.
Amada 1212
Our Amada LC1212 is a very versatile machine which processes anything from .002" shim stock to .25" plate steel, from acrylics and Plexiglas to intricate inlaid hardwood flooring. We have been able to adapt this machine to an incredible variety of material and job types. It's work clamp fastening offers secure work piece holding and incredible repeatability for adding detail to, or modifying, existing parts. This machine offers an operating window of 50"X50" which is extendible infinitely with its work piece re-positioning system.

Trumpf 2530
The L2530 offers a pallet changer system which dramatically cuts down-time during production. It's 3000 watt resonator allows us to process much heavier materials with very impressive speed and fantastic quality. This machine also has 2 very accurate workpiece location systems which allow us to go above and beyond normal laser cutting capabilities. The L2530 has a normal operating window of 50" X 98", but with our expertise, we are able to process materials of any length with a maximum width of 98".

Trumpf 3030
Our Trumpf L3030 is our powerhouse. It offers all of the features or our 2530 with even faster cut speeds, and its 4000 watt resonator allows us to process steel up to 1” thick. The L3030 has a normal operating window of 60"X120", which we have been able to expand to 60"X240".
